Details:

Based on a true story about an outlaw multi-racial gang comprised of African American and Black Creek indians who terrorized settlers in the Oklahoma territory in 1894, in what was later known as thirteen days of terror. While statehood for Oklahoma territory was being debated in the halls of Congress, Oklahoma territory settlers were being terrorized by Black Creek Indians. The gang led by Rufus Buck, killed, raped and robbed more people than Billy the Kid and the James Gang combined.
The opposition to Oklahoma statehood sent Capt. Edmund Harry to track down and lynch the gang to expose the lawlessness of the territory. Territorial governor and infamous "Hanging " Judge Parker, recruited Okmulgee Sheriff Stanton to capture the gang and bring them in. Capt.Harry's pursuit ends in a deadly ambush that leaves 11 of his 12 Apache soldiers dead, and the gang still on the run. Combining forces, Capt. Harry and Sheriff Stanton captures the gang 13 days later.
After an all day shootout the gang is captured. Their reign of terror across the Five Indian Nations was finally ended.. The quickest trial in history was held in "Hanging" Judge Parker's court room. After three months, the gang was hanged ending a dark hidden page of the Old West.
